In April, we reported on the abrupt closure of Chez Gaudy , one of the quirkiest, most romantic restaurants on the Hill. Later that month, CHS learned what was taking over for Gaudy.
La Bête, a project pairing two alums of Ethan Stowell’s kitchens, is now open on Bellevue at E Howell. The official opening is tonight — here’s a sneak peek — but the soft opening was Wednesday. Sounds like a few enjoyed their new neighbor.
