Are you crazy? I was running in woodland park and knew that there were homeless people camping there because i followed a trail of garbage along my run, including human feces. There is no reason that they could not keep their camping area clean. there were bathrooms and trashcans right there. This will result in all of the above used parks to become unusable at best and trash dumps which are unsafe at worst. silly and naive idea. Sam Barloon, M.D.
