Flashing sign? They just put up a building with siding that was stolen from a blue disco ball, when the sun hits it, it blinds the whole block. AND they put up blue Neon at the ends of the disco ball cube. Take a look, the old Mercedes showroom 600 E Pike. It is truly horrible!
