A performance of Othello part of GreenStage’s 26th season of Shakespeare in the Park helped kick off a weekend of drama on a gorgeously warm Friday night in Volunteer Park. The GreenStage troupe takes the stage the lawn again Saturday with comedy Love’s Labour’s Lost as part the 14th annual Seattle Outdoor Theater Festival — a weekend of theater including eight companies and 14 free performances. The festival’s full lineup is here including plenty more Shakespeare. Performances begin at noon on Saturday and 11 AM Sunday. Expect lots of sun and stay cool: Your wit’s too hot, it speeds too fast, ’twill tire.
