If you are wondering what sustainable apartment living looks like you will have a chance to see for yourself. To sign up for a tour go to www.streambelmont.com.
Stream Belmont is in the heart of the Harvard-Belmont Landmark District at 500 Belmont Avenue East. Stream Belmont is surrounded by steaming coffee shops, acclaimed nightclubs, locally owned stores and a foodie’s nirvana on Capitol Hill. The building itself is open and airy with high ceilings, huge windows and expansive balconies, which are hard to find on Capitol hill. The roof top deck has colossal views of the city, Olympic mountains and the Space Needle. Studio, 1 bedroom, I bedroom loft, and 2 bed loft living spaces are available.
This sustainable apartment is LEED-H® certified and has a net zero carbon footprint.
“We get excited about the little things that add up to creating a sustainable community, like the use of reverse cycle air-to-water chillers that transfer ambient heat of the parking garage to the hot water supply system. This virtually eliminates the cost of hot water to our tenants while saving energy,” says Marc Angelillo, Managing Member of Stream Real Estate.
Stream Belmont will begin tours in January 2014 and move-in is slated for March 2014.
My fiance and I are looking for a one bedroom, how big are they? How much do they cost? We would like to stay around $1100……. I know that might be difficult, but you don’t know unless you ask. We also have one dog, he is 35lbs. He is a puggle/lab mix (mutt). What would need to be done to have our dog as well. Lastly, we do have two cars which we might sell one (might have too), what is your parking cost? Thanks, I hope to hear from you.
