Saturday’s second annual Summit Block Party may not have been reflective of everybody who lives on Summit Ave but everybody was certainly invited. Bands, loud bands and louder bands again rocked the street this year along with barbecue, the occasional random freak show and a smattering of merchants and artists in the free event hosted by SS. Emerald and sponsored by The In Arts NW, Be Here Now Peddling, Ghost Gallery, Tall Grass Bakery, and Debacle Records.
