Clean Energy Software Company EnergySavvy to Leave Capitol Hill… unless…

After 2 years on Capitol Hill at 1517 12th Ave, EnergySavvy, the clean energy software company that helps utilities manage their energy efficiency programs, is making plans to move offices. The company has outgrown its space, having more than doubled in size in last two years.

While the team would love to stay on Capitol Hill, commercial real estate options for 6000 – 8000 square feet on the hill are hard to come by. So it looks like our next stop is the startup mecca of Pioneer Square. Unless… calling any landlords on the hill with that kind of space stashed away! Where for art thou, office space?
