Car crashes into DeLuxe at Roy and Broadway

Reader Sean Barnes sent us this note and photo:

A bit of late night excitement on the hill… (photo attached) Around 12:15am a car turning left on Roy from Broadway crashed into the DeLuxe. The driver took off running before SPD arrived (perhaps leaving two passengers behind, but I can’t confirm that). Luckily nobody was hurt and the damage to the DeLuxe seems relatively minor.

We will update when we learn more.

There weren’t any injuries, the ambulance showed up but then left right away. I don’t think there were any passengers, though it did appear that way at first since some people were talking to the driver. After they stepped away he ran off.
