Capitol Hill Garage Sale Day 2011 Countdown: Time to sign up + posters

The 2011 Capitol Hill Community Garage Sale Day is just three weeks away but there’s still plenty of time to get involved. In fact, the next two weeks are traditionally when we get the bulk of people signing up to hold a sale near their Capitol Hill homes and apartments or in the Garage Sale Day community space. This year’s community space will be in the FedRep park lot at Federal and Republican. We have room for about 30 spaces in the lot this year so don’t wait too long to sign up. You can claim your community lot space or sign up for free for your June 11th garage sale to be part of the Official(tm) Garage Sale Day map at http://www.capitolhillgaragesale.com/

Registration for the community lot costs $20. Proceeds go to the FedRep park space group to help fund development of the new green space.
