Rental demand is high, but I’m thinking only a slim percentage of people will bite at this opportunity.
I can see a local publicly traded company renting this out for a relocated executive. I bet that’s the target audience. Anyone else who could afford, would be buying a home there are tons of great high end houses on the market in our hood these days that are just sitting.
