Jake from Dunshee House has news of a new group forming in the New Year for LGBTQ veterans — a group uniquely qualified to understand — and celebrate — the Senate vote to repeal the Pentagon’s 17-year policy against gay men and women openly serving in the military.

Congress has just repealed ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’, just as Dunshee House/SASG welcomes a new LGBTQ Veterans Group with a grand kickoff event on January 9, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.  

Dunshee House welcomes all members of the community to join us as we celebrate and welcome home the LGBTQ veterans in our community.
