Black helicopters over Seattle U

If you hear choppers above, here’s what’s up. Take it away, Seattle University’s Stacy Howard:

If you get any emails, etc about very loud choppers, people hanging from them, sirens, etc it’s a drill. We’re partnering with the City of Seattle’s Office of Emergency Management, the National Guard, other university ROTC programs, local law and fire…to do this drill for emergency preparedness. People are arriving now, the action will start at about 2 and go for at least an hour or two

The action takes place on and above Championship Field on 14th Ave at Jefferson. We’ll have some pictures later today.

Maybe we’ll see some action on the emergencies that are all around us: hunger, homelessness, police brutality.

This should be a fun exercise…err…public relations event… sponsored by our Guvment. Kind of reminds me of those pictures of kids from the 50s playing in the clouds of DDT spraying from the Guvment vehicle. Yes the Guvment has our best interests at heart. Like Dick Cheney’s artfical heart. (RE: Dick Cheney. Is that poetic justic. Karma, or just Murpheys law at work?)
