- Conflicting happy hours: The Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce has announced it will begin monthly happy hours. The August premier is on Wednesday the 25th at Unicorn. CHS picked the same night for its August happy hour. Same time too. Different location, though. We’re planning for Poco. Thoughts from the peanut gallery? Should we combine? Ignore? Compete?
