Fashionable rainwear is always hard to achieve. Trenchcoats are obviously the classic solution, but figuring out how to keep your head dry without toting an umbrella a problem.
The whole outfit flows and the color choices work well together. I would just say that she needs something a little sparkly around her neck to make it perfect!
