I encourage everybody to check the page before heading out as conditions change quickly and doesn’t make much sense for us to try to continue to update each route’s condition. http://transit.metrokc.gov/weather.html
Mainly I posted this for a quick glance at what was running and what wasn’t during the evening commute, with a link to current metro route closures/reroutes. Quick and handy.

Just FYI to all Cap Hillers: I called Metro and they confirmed the No. 10 has also been canceled. Not that I didn’t already know this after wasting two hours in the cold downtown this afternoon, but I was curious why the website listed it as being on a snow route when there wasn’t one listed for it in the schedule. The Metro operator advised that in fact there is no snow route for the 10, despite what the website says. It’s an error. No decision has been made yet for tomorrow (12/19), but she advised I call a couple hours before I need to leave for work in the morning (the phone is staffed 24 hours).
Anyone who relies on this route should probably skip the website and call 553-3000 to get valid info. for the No. 10. Or just stay home. Good luck!

Virginia?
yeah I was wondering the same thing…
How about the US Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, which is in Beacon Hill?
According to the route map for the 60: http://transit.metrokc.gov/cftemplates/show_map.cfm?BUS_ROUT
It’s the VA Medical Center
