Police scanner: Money for pills

A relatively quiet Thursday in the Capitol Hill region of the East Precinct. Two of these incidents — the man in the yard and the 911 hang-up — are so far north, not sure they count as Capitol Hill. The pill thing? More First Hill. Without expanding the boundaries, Capitol Hill was nearly incident-free in the Central District News scanner monitoring. Surely worthy of another ‘where is Capitol Hill’ post.
