3:18PM – 1700 E. Union – Disturbance – An intoxicated parent has come to get a child at TT Minor. Staff is trying to prevent her from leaving with the child (in a car?), keeping her busy until police arrive. White female, 30s, with a heavenly first name.
4:10PM – 200 Broadway E – Disturbance – A man is banging on the window of a black Range Rover with a large wrench. White male 25, red hat, gray sweatshirt, blue jeans
4:11PM – Lake Washington Blvd E. & Boyer Ave E – Accident – Blocking, with injuries. Update: They have a white male on the scene who is unconscious but breathing. Police are starting to reroute traffic at both ends of Lk. Washington Blvd.
