Councilmember Sally Clark’s Planning, Land Use and Neighborhoods Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 22, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on Councilmember Conlin’s proposed Megahouse legislation, which seeks to address Seattle residents concerns about out-of-scale, out-of-character houses seemingly plunked into neighborhoods, overshadowing houses around them.
Speakers can sign up starting at 5 p.m. outside Council Chambers. Comments will be limited to two minutes. A summary of the legislation can be found here.
