Why no reward in Shannon Harps murder case?

With news that a reward is being offered in the brutal UW assault case, Slog takes on the question of why there is no reward associated (yet) with the Shannon Harps murder.

And no news (that I’ve heard). I worry that this will just grow old and disappear.

Probably because the SPD has someone in custody according to the Seattle Times…
