Last year, we honored neighborhood icon Dan Savage with our first ever Capitol Hill Seattle collectible Halloween mask. For our 2007 edition, we turn to Capitol Hill’s history by honoring Bertha Landes, Seattle’s first female mayor and poltergeist in residence at the Harvard Exit movie theater.

Directions:

2) Print and cut out mask
3) Cut two strips of elastic. Tape one strip to tabs A and B and the other to tabs C and D.
4) Go trick or treating
5) Avoid open flames and crossing Aloha near 14th Ave
