1886 8' 6" Chickering Grand Piano with Original Bench 9k OBO

* Refinished. Rebuilt pinblock and soundboard.

* Gorgeous case in excellent condition.

* The piano has new strings, new hammers, and new felts.

* A new replacement cost for this piano would be approximately $40,000.00

* The piano does need tuning and the new owner may want to voice it to make the hammers softer.

* Serial number available upon request.

Currently in private residence in Palm Springs. May move to Seattle in coming weeks. Will consider all reasonable offers.

Chickering Grand 1886
I have several questions about the Chickering grand:

What is the serial number?
What is the length of the piano?
What is the finish on the piano - ebony? mahogany? walnut? or?
When was the pin block replaced?
Who did the work on replacing the pin block?
Was the sound board replaced?
What is the overall condition of the piano mechanism?
Does it have original ivory keys?
In addition to tuning, what does the piano need?
Where is the piano currently located?
Are additional (larger!) photos available?
