Halloween starts early on Capitol Hill. A weekend of pre-All Hallow’s Eve partying included some good times for the little ones as the third ever Hilloween expanded to fill even more of Cal Anderson Park before spreading out onto Broadway (and, gasp, into the bikeway! Alert the TV stations!) with a costume parade and trick *and* treat tour of local merchants. There were witches. There were goblins. There was R2-D2 tutu-style.
