National Night Out is intended to be an anti-crime event and while we're not against that, CHS prefers the elements of the annual event dedicated to community, street closures and bbq. If those fight crime, bring it on. Here are some scenes from 2011's Capitol Hill Night Out parties from 11th/Denny to Howell/Olive to 16th/Highland to 14th/Thomas to 16th/Harrison.
