- The heart and soul of Capitol Hill’s youth culture will be on display and, sorry kids, rockin’ the mic at Thursday’s annual Unity Fair at Seattle Central. It’s free. It’s about community. And organizer Sam Chesneau is expecting this seventh year of the campus festival to be the best Unity Fair yet. Blue Scholars, Supreme LaRock, Massive Monkees and other perform. There will be student booths and hot dogs to buy. There will be hula hoops. There will be ring toss. There will be unity. And veggie dogs. Party starts at 10 AM.
