CHS has learned details of the three people arrested following Saturday night’s 10-minute ‘anarchist’ riot on Broadway that left partially smashed windows, anti-cop graffiti and tried patience in its wake.
According to the Seattle Police Department, the three people arrested were two males ages 30 and 21 and a 24-year-old female. All appear to have mostly clear legal records as adults though the 21-year-old also spent a few hours in jail in September for a Seattle theft. Current residency is not clear though the 30-year-old is originally from Bellingham.
All three were booked for pedestrian interference, obstructing police and, yes, rioting and spent a few hours in jail early Sunday morning before being released on personal recognizance. We will follow up as the legal process related to the misdemeanor charges.

The above is a somewhat irresponsible statement on the part of the writer. Did the writer run an NCIC check? Doubtful! And what does “mostly” clear mean? What are the arrest histories of these people, especially the 30 year old? And yes, it is rioting when you crash through the streets breaking things, vandalizing and threatening people in their cars.
I really hope these nutjobs see some significant jail time, how about 6 months with time off for good behavior? A message needs to be sent. 3 squares and a mat on the floor to sleep on for 6 months will certainly send a message and I bet they don’t do it again. A slap on the wrist does nothing at all.
OK, I don’t seriously mean this, but some part of me wishes they would be put in a jail cell and that the key would be thrown away.
The people are beaten, robbed, raped and killed by the ruling elite in this nation. There are no other options but to fight back against the fascist running this nation and their hired goons. We are looking to Seattle for guidence in the midwest, we are watching, we are everywhere.

Actually NONE of these 3 arrestees are from Washington.
And, if you want to see them prosecuted contact the city prosecutor. They were released without charges and thus far no charges have been filed. It’s open season on property crime in Seattle if you allege you’re an anarchist when you’re actually unemployed, on state aid criminals with multi-state criminal records.
