The Coho Building (1517 12th Ave) is now – at least in the self-proclaimed sense – a clean-tech incubator. EnergySavvy.com, a start-up company focusing on facilitating home energy efficiency, has joined Tuusso Energy, a developer of mid-sized solar power plants, as tenants of the building.
It may be a little less official than Georgetown’s McKinstry Innovation Center, but it does reflect on the changing profile of industry in Capitol Hill and Seattle in general.
