• Seattle Metropolitan Magazine digs past our news that Smith has a new cook in the kitchen to report on drama in front of some other Capitol Hill and Seattle stoves. Met says Patric Gabre-Kidan, part of the engine driving Ethan Stowell’s restaurants including Anchovies & Olives, has joined forces with Linda Derschang as general manager at Smith.
