Huiyona — ‘A North Capitol Hill Restaurant’ — opens its doors

We told you recently about CHS sponsor Tidbit Bistro getting a new neighbor.

Owner Rachel Apuyan says Huiyona is ready to serve you:

The doors are finally open! Hello to all of our new neighbors on the hill. I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new kid on the block and after months of hard work we are finally open for business. For any inquiring minds I just wanted to let you know a little about “Huiyona”, our new restaurant. It is a global menu where each dish will have a little asian influence. We will be open everyday except Tuesdays and our hours of operation are from 4pm to 11pm on the weekdays and 4pm to Midnight on Friday and Saturday night. We also feature Seattle’s next great happy hour spot. Happy Hour will be from 4 to 6 and 10 to Close everyday. This coming Father’s Day weekend we will be doing the first of many weekend brunches. I hope that all of you will come in and visit your newest neighbor. We promise to give you a great experience. Thanks.

What is it? We’ll have to stop by ‘North Capitol Hill’ to find out.
