Tonight is the first Capitol Hill Art Walk of the year – 5 to 8pm, now on the second Thursday of the month. Go to their MySpace for more info and a full listing of participating stores on the Pike/Pine corridor.

There is one stop in particular I’d like to point your attention to – The Copper Vine at 1350 E Pine St. Besides being the best little plant shop on the Hill, The Copper Vine has been so kind as to promise to donate $1 of every purchase made during the Art Walk to the park-to-be at John and Summit.

Get out, get culture, meet your neighbors! And if you got a hankering for houseplants, stop by The Copper Vine tomorrow and give some money to the park to boot.
