Kerse tribute tagging suspect named

The suspect arrested in the Kerse tribute tagging in Pike/Pine is a 20-year-old man named Long Hoang Le, Seattle Police Department confirms. He was booked early Sunday morning and released Monday night as the investigation of "malicious mischief" continues. Thanks to help from Scott at Central District News and Tracy over at the West Seattle Blog in tracking down the info.

...at the possibility that he might go to jail for 5 years. To me, that's the least productive thing you could do with a 20 year old graffiti offender. Community service cleaning up graffiti would be way more useful, I think.

maybe the cops can nab someone smoking some weed on the way to lock this guy up and waste more of our money.
