Trick or Vote!
When:    Friday, October 31, 2008 04:00 PM – 11/01/2008 02:00 AM
Where:    The training and afterparty will both take place in our warehouse space, located on Pike Street. Trick or Voters will go all over the city, and return to Capitol Hill for the party!
What:    What’s better than candy, costumes, and a massive free afterparty? How about all that plus young people getting involved in the political process?

Halloween Broadway Costume March
When: Friday, October 31, 2008 05:00 PM – 08:00 PM
Where: Walk starts at Seattle Center Community College at 7pm, Proceeds down the West side of Broadway to Roy St and then back up the East side.
What: The Capitol Hill Community Council announces the first annual
Capitol Hill “Procession of the Spirits” Halloween Walk

Homemade Horror Film Contest at Central Cinema
When: Thursday, October 30, 2008 09:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Where: Central Cinema, 21st & Union
What: Make Your Own Horror Video and win Prizes! Break out the fake blood and rattle some door knobs! Make a short horror film in any genre from Gore to Psychosis to Zombies. Keep it under 10 minutes-ish. Burn it on a DVD and submit it to Central Cinema before Midnight October 26th. Extra credit for including a STIFF Festival T-shirt, STIFF Poster, Central Cinema T-shirt, or Central Cinema Sticker somewhere in your movie.
